Personal Loan for Securities Trading

Terms and Conditions

1.	The promotion period for the Personal Loan For Securities Trading Campaign (“the Program”) of Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“the Bank”) starts from 12 January 2016 until further notice (“Campaign Period”).
2.	The minimum loan amount of the Program is MOP/HKD50,000.
3.	The loan period of the Program must be 24 months / 36 months / 48 months / 60^ months.
4.	As the main purpose of the Program is securities trading, the loan applicant must maintain a valid Securities Trading Account with the Bank upon loan application. Under the Program, the loan applicant is subject to a minimum securities trading requirement associated with securities trading account under the loan applicant’s name. The Bank reserves the right to levy a handling charge if the minimum securities trading requirement is not fulfilled:
	4.1	If the transaction count of the securities trading account(s) under the loan applicant is less than 3 counts in every 3 months throughout the loan tenor, the Bank will levy a handling charge of MOP/HKD200. The handling charge will be deducted from the loan settlement account on the next repayment day. (Note: the first checking period for minimum trading requirement will be based on the loan account opening month plus 3 months)
	4.2	IPO transactions are NOT included in the transaction count for the Program.
5.	Early Full Repayment within the first 12 months of loan period is subject to a penalty of 2-months interest on initial loan principal or MOP/HKD300 (whichever is higher); Early Full Repayment from the13th month of loan period and onward is subject to a penalty of 1.5-months interest on initial loan principal or MOP/HKD300 (whichever is higher).
6.	Early Partial Repayment is not allowed for the Program.
7.	The loan applications are subjected to the final approval by the Bank at the prevailing interest rate defined from time to time by the Bank without prior notice.
8.	The Bank reserves the right to amend or terminate the offers and terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
9.	In case of dispute, the Bank reserves the right for the final decision.
10.	In case of discrepancy in interpretation between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.


	^ 60 months loan tenor is only applicable for BCM customers with payroll account or Housing Loan or the VIP customers.
