Welcome to BCM e-Appointment Service for Account Opening

BCM is pleased to present a new online appointment service to offer you a convenient and with self-arrangement flexibility for account opening!

The Customer can also use the e-Appointment service to appoint processing branch and timeslot for the account opening, as well as to submit application and required documents in a few simple steps, anytime and anywhere.

By clicking the “Start Now” button displayed at the end of the terms and conditions, you are declaring to agree, accept and be bound by all these terms and conditions:

  • I / We declare that the data in this application form are true and correct and authorize Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“the Bank”) to verify the same from relevant parties.
  • I / We agree that upon completion and successful submission of e-appointment, the Bank shall contact me / us for confirmation and follow up of this application when deemed necessary.
  • I / We agree that the Bank may request additional documents or information for the completion of this application process. I / We understand that any failure to provide the requested documents or information may result in application being rejected or delayed.
  • I / We understand that all the applications are subject to the Bank’s final decision and approval.
  • I / We agree that upon completion of the entire appointment process, the Bank shall contact me / us to inform the result of the appointment.
  • The appointment instruction cannot be amended once it is submitted. Therefore, customer shall complete the account opening in according to the date, time slot and branch of the appointment. In case customer fail to present on time or absent, and still wish to make another appointment for the account opening, customer may require to make new e-appointment again.
  • Inclement weather or other force majeure may result in customer failure to complete the account opening at the date, time slot, and processing branch as per the appointment instruction, and the relevant appointment will be invalid. The Bank will contact customer and make appropriate arrangement if necessary.
