1. Upon login to BCM Net e-Banking Service, please enter your Username, and select your login method: Password Login or Push Notification Login.
2. If you choose to login using password, please click the button “Password Login” on the screen and then enter your login password to continue.
3. If you choose to login using push notification, please click the button “Push Notification Login” on the screen to generate a push notification to be sent to your registered mobile device:
A. Now, your mobile device will receive a Push Notification Message from BCM Mobile Banking App.
B. Please click the push notification to start the authorization process. The screen will show the details of this push notification.
C. Please verify the login details and confirm the instruction authorization by using any activated means of Security Authentication Service as shown on your mobile device.
D. Upon successful authentication, the system will automatically login to BCM Net e-Banking Service and direct to the welcome page.
E. In case you have missed the prompting of push notification message, you can also access the instruction authorization directly by opening the BCM Mobile Banking App and clicking on the menu icon “Authorize Instruction” to view the details.
Furthermore, each Push Notification is only valid for 100 seconds. Upon expiry, please go back to the login page and click the button “Push Notification Login” to retry.
4. Once you perform a designated transaction on BCM Net e-Banking Service which requires transaction authorization, the screen will display the following steps regarding security authentication.
A. At the same time, your mobile device will receive a Push Notification Message from BCM Mobile Banking App.
B. Please click the push notification to start the authorization process. The screen will show the details of this push notification.
C. Please verify the login details and confirm the instruction authorization by using any activated means of Security Authentication Service as shown on your mobile device.
D. Upon successful authentication, the system will direct to the result page showing the transaction status and details.
E. In case you have missed the prompting of push notification message, you can also access the instruction authorization directly by opening the BCM Mobile Banking App and clicking on the menu icon “Authorize Instruction” to view the details.
Furthermore, each Push Notification is only valid for 100 seconds. Upon expiry, please go back to the transaction instruction / function page and try again.
