COMMERCIAL BANKING

Team Head / Senior Manager
  Responsibilities:
 
  • Development and gaining market share in Commercial Banking areas including loans, trade finance, treasury, deposits, etc.
  • Perform credit assessment and recommend quality credit proposals for approval
  • Deliver quality banking services and nurture total banking relationship
  • Solicit new customer for targeted growth of business volume
  • Manage new / existing client portfolio, credit review, AML review and on-going credit monitoring

  Requirements:
 
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years experience in Commercial Banking with proven sales track record
  • Analytical thinking and sound knowledge in commercial lending with formal credit analysis training
  • Knowledge in syndication loan and cross border lending is a merit
  • Self motivated, strong leadership, result oriented 
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is an advantage

 

Relationship Manager
  Responsibilities:
 
  • Assist team head in the service and development of a commercial account portfolio
  • Nurture client relationship and identify additional business opportunities  
  • Follow up customer financial needs and prepare credit proposals for credit approval
  • Promotion and sales of banking products and services
  • On-going account monitoring and AML review          

  Requirements:
 
  • Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Banking and Finance
  • 3-4 years experience in Commercial Banking with formal credit analysis training  
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Self driven, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin will be an advantage





COMPLIANCE OFFICE

Manager
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To perform all compliance functions to ensure that the Bank adheres to relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • To perform periodic compliance reviews on the Bank’s various activities
  • To review sales, trades and relevant MIS reports
  • To formulate compliance related guidelines and management reports
  • To communicate with various counter-parties of the Bank and provide compliance related advice

  Requirements:
 
  • University graduated or above with a minimum of 7 years of practical experience in banking industry, preferably with working experience in compliance, legal, internal audit, risk management or customer due diligence
  • Strong knowledge in Macau banking compliance, laws and regulatory requirements
  • Self-motivated, independent, and pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered as Deputy Manager



Officer
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To provide support in performing compliance functions to ensure that the Bank adheres to relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • To perform periodic compliance reviews on the Bank’s various activities
  • To review sales, trades and relevant MIS reports
  • To provide support in AML & compliance-related tasks
  • To assist in answering inquiries from internal departments

  Requirements:
 
  • University graduate with a minimum of 4 years of practical experience in banking industry
  • Knowledge in Macau banking laws, rules and regulatory requirements
  • Self-motivated, independent and pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience would be considered as Senior Officer





CREDIT ADMINISTRATION

Manager
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To monitor and keep the operation of the department smoothly
  • To supervise subordinates in managing the daily administration for loan documentation in full compliance with the internal standards of the bank and external regulatory requirements
  • To monitor and control the Loan Application System and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure proper and efficient delivery of credit administration duties
  • To conduct periodical review on loan administration policy and procedures to streamline workflow
  • To act as the Bank's representative in signing deeds and bank guarantee
  • To control the recording, deposit and withdrawal of the security documentations properly

  Requirements:
 
  • University graduate or above with a minimum of 8 years' banking experience in Credit Administration
  • Good knowledge in credit documentation, banking operations and all kinds of loans
  • Familiar with the regulations and local legal requirements for preparation of loan documents
  • Good command of MS Office including Word, Excel and Access
  • Able to work interpersonal with good communication skills and under pressure





INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Analyst Programmer / Programmer
  Responsibilities:
 
  • Design, analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures
  • Fulfill requirements of internal and external business users
  • Assist in defining software development project plans, including scheduling and implementation
  • Transform software specifications into program codes
  • Maintain proper coding practices and documentation
  • Test coding and perform debugging to problem areas

  Requirements:
 
  • Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science, Management Information System or related disciplines
  • Experience in developing web / mobile application is an advantage
  • Previous programming work experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge in relational database and application programming
  • Strong communication skill with good teamwork spirit
  • Experience in AS/400 is a plus but not essential
  • Applicant with less experience would be considered as Programmer





RETAIL BANKING

Relationship Manager
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To promote and solicit new business as well as to achieve sales targets of the branch
  • To develop existing business activities and maintain good relationship with customers
  • To perform credit activities including credit proposals and credit analysis
  • To provide general banking services and information to customers   

  Requirements:
 
  • University degree holder preferable with 2 years of relevant experience in Retail Banking business or other business area
  • Sound  knowledge of retail financial products and services  
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese, written and spoken; Mandarin speaking an absolute advantage
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Relationship Manager

 

Customer Service Officer
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To handle all kinds of customer requests including account opening, application of credit card, ATM card, cheque book, etc.
  • To handle customer complaints
  • To sell banking and insurance products

  Requirements:
 
  • Form 6 graduate or above with a minimum of 1 year's relevant experience
  • Basic command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

 

Teller / Senior Teller
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To handle all retail cash or non-cash transactions over counter
  • To operate the ATM machine
  • To promote bank or insurance products for retail customers

  Requirements:
 
  • Form 6 graduate or above
  • Basic spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate with relevant experience would be considered as Senior Teller





TRANSACTION BANKING

Senior Manager
  Responsibilities:
 
  • Achieve sales targets within an assigned client portfolio through identification of clients’ need and devising appropriate solutions from a range of available cash management and services
  • Structuring and pitching appropriate solutions, making effective pitches, and delivering client mandates seamlessly
  • Selling new / additional cash products/e-channel services to prospective or existing clients
  • Advancing prospective clients through the sales cycles to closure, with timely implementation and follow-up to realize the expected benefits
  • Developing and maintaining the cash products & sales strategy to achieve cash revenue targets
  • Work closely with relationship managers to find new prospective clients and cross-sell to existing clients to generate warm leads in order to build a healthy sales pipeline
  • Work as a team with relationship managers and other product partner to conduct client visits and business analytics, review product and service mix in order to achieve revenue growth
  • Ensure full compliance of the Bank’s policies and procedures, relevant banking ordinances, and other regulatory requirements
  • Drive and participate in various marketing and sales campaigns to optimize customers’ usage in Transaction Banking products/services and grow the low cost deposits
  • Conduct training sessions to share the cash management solutions to internal and external parties

  Requirements:
 
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years relevant experience in banking industry with proven track records in client relationship management in which 5 years of relevant experience related to cash management, remittance, corporate internet banking, account opening and/or maintenance
  • Strong business acumen and good knowledge in cash management, banking operations and branch services
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and assess customers' needs through product innovation or product enhancement
  • Strong sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
  • Self-starter, motivated, team player and passionate about the business
  • Solid experience in supervising and coaching subordinates to ensure quality services being provided to customers.
  • Sound analytical, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in both English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Good knowledge on using Microsoft Offices tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager

Clerk
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To provide clerical and administrative support to department

  Requirements:
 
  • Form 6 graduate or above, preferably with relevant experience
  • Basic spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Responsible, hardworking and good interpersonal skills
