COMPLIANCE

Manager
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To establish and perform all compliance functions to ensure that the Bank adheres to relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • To perform periodic compliance reviews on the Bank’s various activities
  • To review the AML reports and various sales and trading for identifying any suspicions
  • To formulate AML-related guidelines and management reports
  • To deal with Regulators, Auditors and various departments of the Bank
  • To provide AML & compliance-related training
  • To perform ad-hoc compliance projects

  Requirements:
 
  • University graduated or above with a minimum of 7 years of practical experience in banking industry, preferably in the field of Legal, Compliance, Audit or Risk Management
  • Familiar with Macau and Hong Kong laws, rules and regulations
  • Familiar with the Banking systems
  • Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC applications
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered as Deputy Manager


Manager
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To establish and perform all compliance functions to ensure that the Bank adheres to relevant legal and regulatory requirements 
  • To provide and formulate legal advices and guidelines to the Management
  • Drafting and vetting all legal documents or agreements
  • Coordination of legal review and opinions from external lawyers or regulatory bodies on corporate transactions
  • To provide legal advisory services to Bank to ensure compliance with relevant internal and external rules, policies, regulations and laws
  • To answer inquiries from regulators and various departments of the Bank
  • To perform ad-hoc legal projects

  Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor Degree holder and graduated in Law with a minimum of 7 years experience in banking industry
  • Familiar with Macau and Hong Kong laws, rules and regulations
  • Self-motivated, independent and pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC applications
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered as Deputy Manager


Senior Officer
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To provide support in establishing and performing all compliance functions to ensure that the Bank adheres to relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • To perform periodic compliance reviews on the Bank’s various activities
  • To review the AML reports and various sales and trading activities for identifying any suspicions
  • To provide support in AML & compliance-related training
  • To assist in answering inquiries from regulators and various departments of the Bank
  • To assist in performing ad-hoc compliance projects

  Requirements:
 
  • University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in banking industry
  • Sound knowledge in Macau and Hong Kong laws, rules and regulations are an advantage
  • Self-motivated, independent and pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC applications
  • Familiar with the Banking systems
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered as Officer


 

RETAIL BANKING

Deputy Branch Manager
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To review and monitor customers’ daily transaction according to Bank’s policies and procedures
  • To manage and train up branch staff handle daily branch operations according to bank operation guidelines effectively and efficiently
  • To supervise branch operation staff in providing quality services to customers
  • To guide, direct and monitor subordinated performance to achieve goal
  • To assist in exploring business opportunities and cross-sell products to customers on a need basis

  Requirements:
 
  • Preferably holder of university degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant branch operation experience in Retail Banking, with at least 2 years in supervisory level  
  • Familiar with retails products, branch operations and services
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

 

Operation Officer
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To monitor the cash position of Tellers and ensure their cash limit
  • To perform system override for transaction(s) exceeding the prescribed cash limit
  • To assist in supervising the daily administration, sales and operation activities checking
  • To check branch documents and rectify incorrect system input performed by Tellers
  • To arrange and control daily ATM cash replenishment

  Requirements:
 
  • Form 5 graduate or above with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

 

Customer Service Officer
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To handle all kinds of customer requests including account opening, application of credit card, ATM card, cheque book, etc.
  • To handle customer complaints
  • To sell banking and insurance products

  Requirements:
 
  • Form 6 graduate or above with a minimum of 1 year's relevant experience
  • Basic command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

 

Teller / Senior Teller
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To handle all retail cash or non-cash transactions over counter
  • To operate the ATM machine
  • To promote bank or insurance products for retail customers

  Requirements:
 
  • Form 6 graduate or above
  • Basic spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate with relevant experience would be considered as Senior Teller



MARKETING

Officer
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To take part in all marketing related activities, including planning, organizing and implementing of advertising and promotional activities, new product development as well as marketing information analysis and evaluations

  Requirements:
 
  • Degree holder, preferably in Marketing major
  • Minimum 1 year experience in marketing field
  • Good command of English and Chinese, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Portuguese is desirable
  • Strong planning and analytical abilities
  • Outgoing and with good communication skills
  • Independent, organized, hardworking and able to work under pressure



COMMERCIAL BANKING

Team Head / Senior Manager
  Responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for the development and gaining market share in SME / commercial banking service and products in the areas of lending, trade finance, treasury, bancassurance, wealth management and deposits
  • Perform credit risk analysis, prepare and recommend quality credit  proposals for credit approval
  • Deliver quality banking services and products; develop long term and total banking relationship
  • Solicit new customer relationships for targeted growth of business volume
  • Manage a quality credit portfolio, punctual credit review and AML reviews and on-going credit monitoring

  Requirements:
 
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years experience in SME / Commercial banking with proven sales track record  
  • Sound knowledge in commercial lending, trade finance, insurance, wealth management, etc, with formal credit analysis training
  • Knowledge in syndication loan and cross border lending is a merit
  • Self motivated, accountable for result and can work under pressure
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is an advantage

 

Relationship Manager
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To assist team head in the development and serving a portfolio of commercial accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities in trade finance, commercial loans, insurance, wealth management, deposits, etc. to deepen client relationship and to acquire new customer relationship  
  • To prepare and recommend quality credit proposals for credit approval
  • On-going credit monitoring and AML reviews

  Requirements:
 
  • Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Banking and Finance
  • 3-4 years experience in SME / Commercial banking with formal credit analysis training   
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Self driven, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of English and Chinese. Knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage


 

TREASURY

Head – Treasury Sales
  Responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for the development of treasury sales and marketing business which including hedging and yield enhancement solutions for both consumer and commercial clients
  • To plan and implement sales strategies and sales initiatives to grow the treasury income
  • Liaise and coordinate relationship managers to promote treasury business
  • Conduct training sessions to relationship managers to raise awareness and understanding of treasury products in order to help achieving their sale goals
  • Coach and mentor new relationship managers in treasury products and market knowledge
  • Perform joint appointments with relationship managers when such is required
  • Re-evaluate treasury system capacity and streamline the sales process
  • Broaden range of treasury products with the support of group treasury department
  • Produce regular performance reports, data mine statistics and business plan for short and medium terms
  • Managing the business within the limits, compliance and regulatory framework in place from time to time

  Requirements:
 
  • Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Banking, Finance and Accounting; 
  • Registered relevant individual (type 1 & 4) of HKMA
  • Minimum 8 years in treasury position, with sound knowledge in treasury products and procedures. Understanding of general banking products and consumer marketing techniques
  • Strong strategic planning skills and be able to drive initiatives to grow business volume
  • A team player, processing good communication and motivation skills
  • Capable to present and liaise with management level
  • Self driven, result oriented and desire to success
  • Good command of English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin will be an advantage

 

Treasury Sales Manager
  Responsibilities:
 
  • Assisting Head of Treasury Sales to achieve the targets in foreign exchange and all treasury products within authorized limits 
  • Provide treasury support to relationship managers on treasury product knowledge understand customer hedging/investment requirements and provide choice of solutions to pursue their sales targets 
  • Execute commercial and individual customer trades in accordance with established trading strategies
  • Develop business relationship with Retail Branches, VIP Banking, commercial Banking and assigned accounts 
  • Perform joint appointments with relationship managers when such is required
  • Assisting in treasury product development by providing feedback on clients’ preference and needs as well as contributing ideas on how products can be better packaged and retailed to clients

  Requirements:
 
  • Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Banking, Finance and Accounting
  • Minimum 4 years in treasury position, with sound knowledge in treasury products and procedures
  • Understanding of general banking products for commercial and consumer banking
  • A team player, result oriented and desire to success
  • Registered relevant individual (type 1 & 4) of HKMA
  • Good command of English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin will be an advantage


 

CALL CENTRE

Customer Service Officer
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To conduct inbound and outbound calls
  • To deliver multilingual and professional banking services
  • To participate in telemarketing of banking and insurance products
  • To handle customer complaints

  Requirements:
 
  • Diploma or degree holder
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication skill, outgoing and responsible
  • With Insurance Licence is an advantage


 

OTHER DEPARTMENTS

Clerk
  Responsibilities:
 
  • To provide clerical and administrative support to department

  Requirements:
 
  • Form 6 graduate or above, preferably with relevant experience
  • Basic spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Responsible, hardworking and good interpersonal skills
