The Promotion Period of “Investment Services Reward Program” (“The Promotion”) by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM bank”) is from 1 July to 30 September 2026, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). |

New-to-Product Customers Welcome Offer |

2.1 |
The offer is applicable to customers who have not made any transaction on the corresponding type of products from 2 January 2025 to 30 June 2026. (“Eligible Customers”). |

2.2 |
INVESTMENT FUND Special Commission Rate: Eligible Customers can enjoy Investment Fund special commission rate of 0.3%, whilst VIP customers can enjoy 0.15% respectively during the Promotion Period: |

2.2.1 |
Each customer is limited to enjoy the special commission rate at a maximum investment amount of HKD200,000. |

2.3 |
Extra Yield Offer: Eligible Customers who subscribed the ELI, ELIR or CLI (“Designated Investment Service”) with transaction amount of any single subscription reaching HKD300,000 during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction”) can enjoy an extra yield of 7% p.a. / 5% p.a. for a period of one month, or the tenor of the Designated Investment Service whichever is shorter: |

2.3.1 |
Eligible Customers who are VIP Banking Customers can enjoy an extra yield of 7% p.a. per a period of one month or the actual product toner, whichever is shorter. The cap of the extra yield (“Extra Yield Cap”) for ELI or ELIR is HKD3,000 and CLI is HKD2,000 with a total maximum entitlement of HKD8,000. |

2.3.2 |
Eligible Customers who are not VIP Banking Customers can enjoy extra yield of 5% p.a., for a period of one month or the actual product tenor, whichever is shorter. The Extra Yield Cap for ELI and ELIR is HKD2,000 and CLI is HKD1,000 with a total maximum entitlement of HKD5,000. |

2.3.3 |
Each Eligible Customer can enjoy the Extra Yield Offer once per Designated Investment Service type. If multiple Eligible Transactions occur within the same Designated Investment Service type, only the first Eligible Transaction will be counted. |

2.3.4 |
The investment amount of each type of Designated Investment Service will be counted separately. |

Investment Transaction Reward |

3.1 |
Customers who subscribe minimum accumulated Investment Fund amount of HKD200,000 during the Promotion Period can be entitled to the corresponding Cash Reward as below: |

3.1.1 |
Customers can enjoy Cash Reward of HKD200 for every HKD200,000 of accumulated Investment Fund amount, whilst VIP customers can enjoy HKD400 Cash Reward respectively; |

3.1.2 |
Only Investment Fund transaction with commission rate of 1.5% or above will be eligible for entitling to the offer. |

3.2 |
Customers who subscribe minimum accumulated ELI/ELIR investment amount of HKD1,000,000 during the Promotion Period can be entitled to Cash Reward of HKD1,000, whilst VIP customers can enjoy HKD2,000 |

3.3 |
Customer who subscribe accumulated CLI investment amount of HKD1,000,000, HKD3,000,000 or HKD5,000,000 can be entitled to Cash Reward of HKD50, HKD150 or HKD250, whilst VIP customers can enjoy HKD100, HKD300 or HKD500 respectively. |

3.4 |
Each customer can be entitled to a maximum reward amount of HKD20,800 from the Investment Transaction Reward. |

Investment Fund Transfer Cash Reward |

4.1 |
Customers can enjoy the corresponding Cash Reward upon successfully transferring in Investment Fund from other banks to BCM during the Promotion Period: |

4.1.1 |
Normal customers can enjoy Cash Reward of HKD150 for every accumulated HKD300,000 of Investment Fund transferal, whilst VIP customers can enjoy cash reward of HKD300 respectively. |

4.1.2 |
Customers can be entitled to a maximum Cash Reward amount of HKD3,900, whilst VIP customers can be entitled to HKD8,400 respectively. |

4.2 |
Customers who transfer Investment Fund of HKD300,000 or above during the Promotion Period and become VIP Banking Customers can be entitled either a HKD500 cash rebate or a Ready to Serve Braised South Africa Dried Abalone at customer’s choice. |

4.2.1 |
Gifts are offered on first-come-first-served basis whilst supply lasts. BCM reserves the right to change the gift item at anytime without prior notice. |
| |
4.2.2 |
BCM is not the gifts supplier and will not be responsible for the quality and any matters in relation to the gifts. Customers should resolve such issues directly with the supplier. |

4.3 |
Relevant Investment Fund units cannot be transferred out within 6 months after transferring in. |
| 5. |
All Cash Rewards of the Promotion will be automatically deposited into the related settlement account. |
| 6. |
Shall customers close the relevant accounts before the Cash Rewards are credited, the related Cash Rewards will be automatically forfeited. |
| 7. |
The relevant accounts should maintain good financial status during the entire Promotion Period in order to entitle to the above offers. |
| 8. |
In case of dispute, BCM reserves the right for the final decision. |
| 9. |
This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU. |
| 10. |
The Bank reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. |
| 11. |
If there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
