What is “Easy Transfer” Service? “Easy Transfer” Service is a digital Payment service provided to our customers by the Bank through participating in the Faster Payment System of AMCM. Customers can make interbank transfers through this service at our Digital Service Platforms. The Digital Service Platforms include:
Retail and corporate customers can use the service immediately after successful registration of “Easy Transfer” Service and corporate customers will be assigned with a FPS ID after registration for receiving payment. 2. What is Real-time Credit Transfer of “Easy Transfer” Service? Real-time Credit Transfer refers to the real-time transfer conducted by retail customers to other retail customers via the payee’s mobile phone number that has registered Easy Transfer at other local participating banks. 3. What is Near Real-time Credit Transfer of “Easy Transfer” Service? Near Real-time Credit Transfer refers to: In order to use “Easy Transfer” Service, Retail customers are required to:

The credit transfer or receive payment of “Easy Transfer” Service is performed throughout the day. In principle, “Easy Transfer” Service operates in a round-the-clock mode and supports real-time credit transfer to the payee under most scenario. However, the transfer mode of each transaction will depend on the actual settings and circumstances of the payer bank and payee bank, and the time when the payee receives payment will also depend on the actual settings and circumstances of the payee bank. The payee bank may reject the transaction due to the payee’s information does not match the bank’s record, such as incorrect payee name, account number or other reasons. To ensure the successful execution of the transactions, customers should ensure the correct information of the payee is input in the payment instructions. If the transaction is rejected, customers can check more details and related reasons in the remarks of their transaction records on the digital service platforms and. Customer cannot make intra-bank third-party transfer through “Easy Transfer” Service to BCM customers (that is equivalent to payment transferred from one BCM bank account to another BCM bank account). If customer needs to transfer payment between BCM bank accounts, they can transfer payment through the Bank’s third-party transfer service. At the initial stage of the service, no additional fees will be incurred when using “Easy Transfer” Service to make credit transfer or receive payment. For other service charges, please refer to our “Banking Service Charges”. 10. Is there a transaction limit for credit transfer in “Easy Transfer” Service?
11. Can customers modify the transaction limit of “Easy Transfer” Service? Yes, retail customers can amend the transaction limit setting directly on the digital service platforms while corporate customers can visit the branch and fill in the form to apply for the changes. Retail customers can use the service right after registering in accordance with the instructions from “Easy Transfer” Service function on BCM Net e-Banking Service. After retail customers change their mobile phone number recorded in the Bank, they need to deregister the existing “Easy Transfer” Service record on the digital service platform, and then re-register with their new mobile phone number after updating the record with the Bank. 14. Can retail customers use a joint account as the default receiving account for “Easy Transfer” Service? No, retail customers need to use a personal account (non-joint account) as the default receiving account for the “Easy Transfer” Service. FPS ID is a unique number used to identify each customer account. Corporate customers must complete service registration with BCM eCorp Internet Banking Service or BCM eCorp Mobile Banking Service to obtain the FPS ID before they can receive payments or make credit transfer in Near Real-time mode through “Easy Transfer” Service. When corporate customers make a credit transfer to the payee through “Easy Transfer” Service of BCM eCorp, the “Transfer Purpose” field is compulsory, customers can select the transfer purpose in this field to identify the relevant transaction.
