Convenient Bill Payment

The “Jet Payment” service provides a flexible and convenient way for making bill payment. You can make credit card payments of BCM bank and other banks in Macau and Hong Kong, DSF tax payment, telephone bill and electricity bill payments, etc, through any ATM bearing  logo in Macau with your BCM Debit Card.

Simple Interbank Transfer

You can perform interbank fund transfer to other JETCO network member banks at any ATM bearing  logo in Macau.

ATM CARD

Other than the BCM Debit Card, you can also manage your banking at BCM ATM or any ATM bearing the “Jetco” logo with your BCM ATM Card. The services include account transfer, account inquiries, change password, transaction inquiries, “Jet Payment” service, “Interbank Transfer” service, statement (current account) and cheque book request.

ATM Card / Debit Card Security Tips

• Keep the ATM Card / Debit Card, personal identification number (PIN), card information, and mobile device(s) safe.

• Do not share PIN, card information and bank-related personal data with anyone, or allow others to use.
• Change PIN regularly, and do not use easily accessible personal information number such as ID number, telephone number or date of birth as PIN. Set a PIN that is different from the ones for other services.

• Do not keep the ATM Card / Debit Card and your PIN together.
• If ATM Card / Debit Card has been misused, or if your PIN or card information have been exposed, please contact TeleBCM: 8796 8888 and Macao Judiciary Police: 993

Avoidance of ATM traps
Fraudsters may attach card readers to the card slots on an ATM, hide pinhole cameras near an ATM, loosen or remove the PIN shields to record your PIN and / or copy account information. They may also distract you when you enter your PIN and then swap your ATM card for a dummy card.

• Do not enter PIN when someone else is peeking at you.
• Cover the keypad when entering your PIN in order to mitigate the purloining of your PINs by malefactors.

• Should you notice any suspicious device at any ATM (such as micro-skimmers, pin-hole cameras and fake key pads) or any suspicious activity around you when performing an ATM transaction, cancel your transaction immediately and inform the Bank.
• Reject any conversation or offer of assistance from strangers when you are performing transactions.

Kindly review the transaction records provided by the Bank through various channels regularly, such as bank statements, e-statement, transaction details or another form of alert. This may help you stay informed about your account status promptly, ensuring the accuracy and security of transactions. Additionally, if there are any changes to your personal information or contact details, please make sure to promptly update them with our Bank to ensure that we can reach out to you when necessary and provide you with better service.
