*When customer has chosen to suppress paper statement, the Bank will provide free email or SMS reminder to the registered email address or mobile phone number according to our latest system record when a new e-statement is available on BCM Net.
Report Card Lost / Stolen & Request Card Replacement
If the Credit Card is lost or stolen, Cardholder can immediately report lost and apply for a replacement card via the following methods:
Temporarily Disable / Enable Card
If the Cardholder is uncertain if the Credit Card has been lost or stolen, they can first utilize the “Temporarily Disable / Enable Card” function to block the specified Credit Card. This suspends all functions of that Credit Card. Afterwards, the card can be unblocked at any time after finding the Credit Card to restore all functions.
Effective Immediately upon Application
Applications for Report Card Lost submitted through BCM Net / Mobile Banking, by contacting TeleBCM at 8796 8888, or visit Branch in person take immediate and irrevocable effect. The Cardholder will have to apply for card replacement in order to continue to use the service.
