I. Household Contents

Premium Table (MOP)

Notes:

• The Policyholder is at all times responsible for deciding an appropriate sum insured for the property concerned.
• The sum insured for Special Objects (valuable items that can be easily taken out) is limited to 30% of sum insured for Household Contents and MOP20,000 for each Special Object.
• If the gross floor area is above 2,500 sq. ft. and/ or the sum insured is over MOP1,800,000, the annual premium will be quoted by MIC - Technical Risk Department.

II. Buildings Coverage

Can be insured on stand-alone basis, minimum sum insured is MOP 200,000. The annual premium will be quoted by MIC - Technical Risk Department.

No Claim Bonus (NCB)
If no claim is reported, Policyholder will receive a NCB of 10% after the first year. This NCB will be increased to 20% after the second year as long as no claim has been recorded.
