The Promotion Period for “Smart Shopper: BCM X Royal Electronics Square” (“The Promotion”) is from 1 March to 30 April 2025 with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). |

The Promotion is applicable to Credit Cards and Co-branded Credit Cards (including Principal Cards and Supplementary Card issued by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) ) (“Eligible Credit Card”). |

Offer 1 – Instant Discount: |

3.1 During the Promotion Period, all BCM Credit Cardholders can be entitled to the Special Price (“Special Price”) on designated products of Royal Electronics Square (“RES”) Macau retail stores with BCM Credit Card. |

3.2 The product information and Special Prices are provided by RES and are subjected to change without prior notice. The selected merchandises are available for sale while stocks last. The product information, Special Prices and supplies are subjected to the latest announcement of RES. |

Offer 2 – Bonus Point Reward: |

4.1 Cardholders who have made single retail spending at RES Macau retail stores with designated Transaction Amount (“Transaction Amount”) can enjoy the corresponding Bonus Point Reward (“Bonus Point Reward”): |

4.1.1 For single retail spending amount between MOP/HKD2,000 and 7,999.99, customer can enjoy 3 times Bonus Points that is equivalent to the Transaction Amount; |
| |
4.1.2 For single retail spending amount of MOP/HKD8,000 or above, customer can enjoy 5 times Bonus Points that is equivalent to the Transaction Amount. |

4.2 Each customer can be entitled to a maximum of 80,000 Bonus Points during the Promotion Period. |

4.3 Credit Card interest free installment program is not applicable to Bonus Point Reward. |
| |
4.4 This Offer is not applicable to Doraemon, World Mastercard, UnionPay Diamond, UnionPay Platinum “Miles Reward” and Pui Ching Alumni Association Credit Cards. |

4.5 The calculation of the Bonus Point Reward is based on the Transaction Amount and includes the basic Bonus Points earned from the Bonus Point scheme of the related Credit Card types. |

4.6 The relevant Bonus Points will be credited to the relevant Credit Card account after the Promotion within one month. |

4.7 If the Credit Card or any related transaction is found cancelled or ineligible, which had been calculated for the Promotion after the Promotion have been collected, and resulted in the transactions failing to meet the spending requirement, BCM has the right to debit the redeemed Bonus Point from the relevant Credit Card account without prior notice. |

4.8 The Bonus Point Reward cannot be used in conjunction with BCM’s other promotional offers. The transaction used for entitling the Bonus Point Reward cannot be used for other offers. |
| 5. |
Cardholders should maintain valid BCM Credit Card with good financial status during the entire Promotion Period in order to entitle to the offers. |
| 6. |
BCM is not the supplier of the products and will not be responsible for any matters in relation to the products provided. Should there be any disagreement regarding to the quality of the product, Cardholder should settle the controversy directly with RES. |
| 7. |
In case of dispute, BCM and RES reserve the right for the final decision. |
| 8. |
This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU. |
| 9. |
BCM and RES reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. |
| 10. |
If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
