Redemption Details:

Credit Cardholders have to bring along their BCM Credit Card and the original sales slips (if applicable) and BCM Credit Card to apply for the dumpling redemption at BCM Building 4/F (11AM - 4PM) within the Redemption Period. Cardholders should collect the Gifts at the below locations before the redemption deadline.

Remarks:

^Each sales slip is limited to entitle one Gift and every Credit Card is limited to entitle five gift sets, disregarding the transaction amount.
*Redemption of Credit Card Bonus Points plus designated amount is not applicable to Doraemon, World Mastercard, UnionPay Diamond, UnionPay Platinum “Miles Reward” and Pui Ching Alumni Association Credit Cards.

Terms and Conditions

1.	The Promotion Period of BCM “Tuen Ng Dumplings Redemption Offer 2024” (“Promotion”) is from 10 May to 5 June 2024, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period). The Spending Period of the Promotion is from 10 May to 31 May 2024 (“Spending Period”); Redemption Period is from 21 May to 5 June 2024 (“Redemption Period”), with both dates inclusive.
2.	The Promotion is applicable to Credit Cards and Co-branded Credit Cards (including Supplementary Cards) issued by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”).
3.	Two methods are available for redeeming the designated dumpling/tea drinks (“Gift”) with relevant terms and conditions as stipulated below (with all amount stated as MOP/HKD) :
	3.1. Method 1 – By Accumulated Spending + Special Price：
	3.1.1.	During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can redeem dumpling sets of A, B, C, D and E by accumulating a designated spending amount of $2,500, $3,500, $4,500, $5,500 or $6,500 plus $1, $5, $10, $20 or $30 respectively.
	3.1.2.	During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can redeem tea drinks of F and G by accumulating a designated spending amount of $2,900 or $2,500 plus $10 respectively.
	3.1.3.	Only retail transactions with sales slip made within the Spending Period are eligible for this Promotion. The following transaction items are excluded: all non-retail transactions, including (but without limitation) any credit card installment program, Macau Pass and MPay related top-up transaction and installment transaction, casino chips, gambling nature transactions, balance transfer, autopay, cash advance, credit card annual fee, charges, handling fee, interest or financial charges, mail orders, telephone purchase orders, cheque payment, late fee, unposted/cancelled/refunded and unauthorized transactions plus any other transaction defined by BCM from time to time.
	3.1.4.	Each sales slip is limited to entitle one Gift and every Credit Card is limited to entitle five Gift sets, disregarding the transaction amount.
	3.1.5.	All presented sales slips for the Promotion are deemed acknowledged and agreed by the Cardholders for the redemption and will not be returned. No photocopies will be accepted.
	3.1.6.	In the case of Cardholders spending multiple times at the same merchant within the same day, only one sales slip from the merchant will be valid for redemption.
	3.2. Method 2 – By Credit Card Bonus Points + Special Price
	3.2.1.	Bonus Point redemption is not applicable to Doraemon, World Mastercard, UnionPay Diamond, UnionPay Platinum “Miles Reward” and Pui Ching Alumni Association Credit Cards.

	3.2.2.	During the Redemption Period, Cardholders can redeem dumpling sets of A, B, C, D and E by designated Credit Card Bonus Points of 7,500, 10,500, 17,500, 20,500 or 27,500 points plus $1, $5, $10, $20 or $30 respectively.
	3.2.3.	During the Redemption Period, Cardholders can redeem tea drinks of F and G by designated Credit Card Bonus Points of 9,900 or 8,900 points plus $10 respectively.
4.	Cardholders are required to present the original sales slip(s) (if applicable) and the corresponding BCM Credit Cards for redemption application at BCM Building 4/F (Bonus Point Gift Redemption Centre) within the Redemption Period. Redemption letter(s) for the chosen Gift(s) will be issued for collection at Lan Heong Kok Restaurant or HEYTEA (Galaxy Macau / Nova Mall) as instructed on the redemption letter.
5.	The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers. The required spending used for entitling the Promotion cannot be used for other offers.
6.	If Cardholders cancel any related transaction, which had been calculated for the Promotion after the Gift redemption, and resulted in the accumulated transactions failing to meet the designated bonus points/amount, BCM has the right to debit the relevant bonus points or amount equivalent to the value of the redeemed Gift(s) from relevant Credit Card account without prior notice.
7.	Cardholders must collect the Gift(s) in accordance to the valid date and venue stated on the redemption letter, late collection will not be accepted.
8.	Gifts are available on first-come-first-served basis whilst stock lasts.
9.	Report loss of the redemption letter(s) will not be accepted. The bank is not obliged to re-issue the redemption letter.
10.	Cardholders should maintain valid BCM Credit Card(s) with good financial status in order to redeem the Gift.
11.	BCM is not the supplier of the Gift and will not be responsible for the quality of the Gift by the suppliers
12.	In case of dispute, BCM, Lan Heong Kok Restaurant and HEYTEA reserve the right for the final decision.
13.	This service/ product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
14.	BCM reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
15.	If there are any inconsistencies between the English version and Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
