The Promotion Period for “BCM X FORTRESS - Shop Smart Combo Rewards” (“The Promotion”) is from 1 September to 31 October 2023 with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). |

The Promotion is applicable to Credit Cards and Co-branded Credit Cards (including Principal Cards and Supplementary Card issued by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM bank”) ) (“Eligible Credit Card”). |

Offer 1 – Instant Discount: |

3.1 During the Promotion Period, all BCM Credit Cardholders can be entitled to the Special Price (“Special Price”) on selected products of FORTRESS outlets in Macau and eShop (“FORTRESS”). |

3.2 Discount Offer is not applicable to online transactions made with BCM UnionPay Credit Card or made via UnionPay App bundled with UnionPay Credit Card on FORTRESS eShop. |

3.3 The product information and Special Price are provided by FORTRESS and are subjected to change without prior notice. The selected merchandises are available for sale while stocks last. The product information, Special Price and supplies are subjected to the latest announcement of FORTRESS. |

Offer 2 – Extra Bonus Point Reward: |

4.1 Cardholders who have made single spending at FORTRESS with designated Transaction Amount (“Transaction Amount”) can enjoy the corresponding Extra Bonus Point Reward (“Bonus Point Reward”): |

4.1.1 For single retail spending amount between MOP/HKD3,000 and 5,999.99, customer can enjoy extra 1 time Bonus Points that is equivalent to the transaction amount; |

4.1.2 For single retail spending amount between MOP/HKD6,000 and 9,999.99, customer can enjoy extra 4 times Bonus Points of the transaction amount; |

4.1.3 For single retail spending amount of MOP/HKD10,000 or above, customer can enjoy extra 8 times Bonus Points of the transaction amount. |

4.2 Each customer can be entitled to a maximum of 120,000 Extra Bonus Point during the Promotion Period. |

4.3 Credit Card interest free installment program is not applicable to Extra Bonus Point Reward. |

4.4 This Offer is not applicable for Doraemon, World Mastercard, UnionPay Diamond, UnionPay Platinum “Miles Reward” and Pui Ching Alumni Association. |

4.5 The relevant Extra Bonus Point will be credited to the relevant Credit Card account after the Promotion within one month. |

4.6 If the Credit Card or any related transaction is found cancelled or ineligible, which had been calculated for the Promotion after the Promotion have been collected, and resulted in the transactions failing to meet the spending requirement, the bank has the right to debit the redeemed Extra Bonus Point from the relevant Credit Card account without prior notice. |

4.7 The Bonus Point Reward cannot be used in conjunction with the bank’s other promotional offers. The Transaction used for entitling the Bonus Point Reward cannot be used for other offers. |

Cardholders should maintain valid BCM Credit Card with good financial status during the entire Promotion Period in order to entitle to the offers. |
| 6. |
BCM bank is not the supplier of the products and will not be responsible for any matters in relation to the products provided. Should there be any disagreement regarding to the quality of the product, Cardholder should settle the controversy directly with FORTRESS. |

In case of dispute, BCM bank and FORTRESS reserve the right for the final decision. |
| 8. |
This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU. |
| 9. |
BCM bank and FORTRESS reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. |
| 10. |
If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
