Wealth Partaking Deposit Reward

Terms and Conditions:

1.	The Promotion Period of the "Wealth Partaking Deposit Reward" (“Promotion”) by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) is from 1 July to 31 August 2024 with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2.	Deposit Offer 1：
	2.1	During the Promotion Period, brand new customer and existing customer who have successfully deposited the MOP10,000 Cash Handout Fund (“Fund”) from the Wealth Partaking Scheme 2024 and hold fund for 3 consecutive months (“Deposit Period”) in the account can entitle to MOP100 and MOP50 cash reward respectively. For each deposited Fund thereafter the initial deposited Fund, customer can be entitle to MOP50 cash rebate (“Cash Reward”).
	2.2	The Fund is required to be deposited in an official crossed cheque issued by the government or via the registered BCM transfer account with the Financial Services Bureau.
	2.3	Each customer can only entitle to the Promotion once.
	2.4	Minor account is applicable to the Promotion and the entitlement belongs to the account owner.
	2.5	Joint account is not applicable to the Promotion.
	2.6	Each customer can entitle to maximum of MOP300 cash rebate.
	2.7	Shall the customer request to cancel the Fund holding before the maturity of the Deposit Period, the qualification to all Cash Reward(s) will be forfeited, whilst the equivalent amount of the collected Cash Reward(s) will be deducted from the relevant account.
	2.8	The related Cash Reward will be automatically deposited to customers’ relevant account after the Promotion ends.
3.	Deposit Offer 2:
	3.1	Customer who have successfully enjoyed Deposit Offer 1 or registered tax refund account to deposit New Fund of MOP/HKD30,000 (“New Fund”) into the Account during the Promotion Period and hold in the account for 3 consecutive months (“Deposit Period”) can enjoy the deposit gift – MOKKOM - Wireless Juicer Cup (“Deposit Gift”).
	3.2	Shall the customer withdraw part or all of the New Fund before the maturity of the Deposit Period, the Deposit Offer entitlement will be forfeited, or an administrative fee of MOP400 will be automatically debited from customer’s any account with BCM in case the Deposit Gift has been collected.
	3.3	Each customer can only be entitled to the Deposit Gift once, disregards the number of account(s) enrolled into the Promotion.
	3.4	Deposit Gifts are offered on first-come-first-served bases with limited supply. In case of stock out, BCM bank has full discretion, at anytime without prior notice, to change to any other item(s) of same value being offered or terminate the offers.
	3.5	BCM is not the Deposit Gift supplier and will not be responsible for the quality and any matters in relation to the gifts. Customers should resolve such issues directly with the supplier.
4.	The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with BCM’s other offers.
5.	Customers should maintain a valid BCM account and with good financial status in order to entitle to the Promotion.
6.	In case of any dispute, BCM reserves the right to make the final decision.
7.	This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
8.	BCM reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions or terminate the above offers at any time without prior notice.
9.	In case of discrepancy in interpretation between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
