The Promotion Period of “Together We Jump into Summer Reward” (“Promotion”) is from 15 July to 15 September 2024 with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion will be divided into two individual spending phases: Phase 1 is from 15 July to 18 August 2024 (“Phase 1”) and Phase 2 is from 19 August to 15 September 2024 (“Phase 2”). |

The Promotion is applicable to Credit Cards (including Principal Cards and Supplementary Cards) issued by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”), except World Mastercard, UnionPay Diamond and Visa Signature Credit Cards (“Eligible Credit Card”). |

Cardholders are required to register for the Eligible Credit Card(s) online at BCM website within the Promotion Period in order to be entitled to the Promotion. The Principal and Supplementary Credit Cards should be registered individually. No late registration will be accepted. |
4. |
The Promotion is only applicable to the first 2,000 successfully registered Customers (“Customers”). |
5. |
Spending on the Principal Card and Supplementary Card will be individually calculated. |
6. |
Registered Customers who accumulate Valid Transactions amount of MOP/HKD5,000 or above per registered Credit Card in each phase will be eligible to enroll in the Cash Rebate Reward (“Cash Rebate Reward”) and Top Spender Reward (“Top Spender Reward”). Valid Transactions refer to all transactions excluding (but without limitation to) any Credit Card installment program, Macau Pass and MPay related top-up transaction, casino chips, gambling nature transactions, balance transfer, autopay, cash advance, credit card annual fee, charges, handling fee, interest or financial charges, mail orders, telephone purchase orders, cheque payment, late fee, unposted/cancelled/refunded and unauthorized transactions plus any other transaction defined by the Bank from time to time (“Valid Transaction”). |

Cash Rebate Reward |

6.1.1 |
Customers can be entitled to Cash Rebate (“Cash Rebate”) for Eligible Transaction under the following designated spending categories (“Eligible Transaction”) made during the corresponding phase: |

6.1.1.1 |
Only single Eligible Transaction with a minimum amount of MOP/HKD300 or above can be entitled to the Cash Rebate, whilst Eligible Transaction that has applied for interest-free installment program will be excluded. |

6.1.1.2 |
The Transaction eligibility shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of BCM according to the merchant codes issued by Visa International/Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited/UnionPay International. |

6.1.2 |
Each Customer is limited to entitle to a maximum of MOP/HKD500 Cash Rebate per phase disregard the number of Credit Card(s) he/she registered. |

6.1.3 |
Cash Rebate will be credited to the Eligible Credit Card account within one month after the Promotion Period. |

6.2 |
Top Spender Reward |
|
6.2.1 |
The top 50 Customers with the most accumulated Valid Transaction amount from each Phase can each be entitled to a set of CGV VIP Lounge Experience Voucher (2 Voucher as 1 set) (“Voucher”). |

6.2.2 |
Entitled Customers will be informed by BCM and are required to collect the Voucher at BCM Building 4/F (Gift Redemption Centre) within the designated period as informed. Otherwise, the right to redeem the Reward will be forfeited automatically. |

6.2.3 |
BCM is not the Voucher supplier and will not be responsible for the quality and any matters in relation to the Reward. Cardholders should resolve such issues directly with the supplier. |

6.2.4 |
The Voucher cannot be returned, cancelled, reissued or exchanged for cash. |
7. |
Cardholders should maintain valid BCM Credit Card and with good financial status in order to entitle to the Promotion. |
8. |
If the Credit Card or any related transaction is found cancelled or ineligible, which had been calculated for the Promotion after the Cash Rebate has been credited or the Voucher has been redeemed, and resulted in the transactions failing to meet the designated amount, BCM has the right to debit the value of the Cash Rebate from the relevant Credit Card account or any other bank account possessed by cardholder in BCM in case the Credit Card account is invalid without prior notice. |
9. |
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. In case of conjunction with other promotions, this Promotion shall prevail. |
10. |
BCM reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. |
11. |
This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU. |
12. |
In case of dispute, BCM reserves the right for the final decision. |
13. |
If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
