Credit Card - Mid Autumn Festive Offer 2024

Terms & Conditions

1.	The Promotion Period of “Mid-Autumn Festive Offer 2024” (“Promotion”) is from 16 August until 13 September 2024, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period). The Spending Period is from 16 August until 8 September 2024; whilst the Redemption Period is from 23 August until 13 September 2024.
2.	The Promotion is applicable to Credit Cards and Co-branded Credit Cards (including Principal Cards and Supplementary Cards) issued by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“the Bank”), except Doraemon, World Mastercard, UnionPay Diamond, UnionPay Platinum “Miles Reward” and Pui Ching Alumni Association Credit Cards (“Eligible Credit Card”).
3.	The following types of Gift (“Gift”) are offered in the Promotion, namely: Gift A - Red Bean Paste Moon Cakes (2 Yolks), Gift B – Eight Flavours Moon Cake Treasure Box, Gift C - Custard Moon Cake Gift Box, Gift D - Lotus Seed Paste Moon Cakes (2 Yolks) and Gift E – Four Flavours Moon Cake Delight.
4.	Cardholders can redeem the Gift during the Redemption Period with two methods:
	4.1. Method 1: During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can redeem Gift of A, B, C, D and E by accumulating a designated spending amount of $7,800, $8,800, $8,800, $9,800 or $11,800 plus $58 respectively.
	4.1.1.	Only retail transactions with sales slip made within the Spending Period are eligible for this Promotion. The following transaction items are excluded: Macau Pass and MPay related top-up transaction, “Easy-Fun” Installment Program, Cash-In Plan, internet transactions, mail orders, telephone purchase orders, balance transfer, autopay, annual fee, handling fee, interest-free installment plan, casino chips transaction, interest, financial charge, cash advance, cheque payment, late charges, other miscellaneous bank charges or any transaction without a valid sales slip, unposted/cancelled/refunded and unauthorized transactions.
	4.1.2.	Each sales slip is limited to redeem one Gift disregarding the amount of transaction.
	4.1.3.	Only one sales slip can be accepted from the same merchant within the same day.
	4.1.4.	All presented sales slips for this Promotion are deemed acknowledged and agreed by the Cardholders for the redemption and will not be returned. No photocopies will be accepted.
	4.2. Method 2: During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can redeem Gift of A, B, C, D and E by designated Credit Card Bonus Points of 35,800, 38,800, 38,800, 43,800 or 46,800 points plus $18 respectively.
	4.2.1	The Bonus Points in association with the gift redemption, both for the spending amount and for the redemption, will be deducted from the relevant Credit Card account after the Promotion Period.
5.	Cardholders are required to present the original sales slips and BCM Credit Cards for redemption application at BCM Building 4/F during the Redemption Period, and then visit the relevant venue to collect the Gift accordingly. No late application will be accepted.
6.	If the Credit Card or transaction used for gift redemption were ineligible, the bank has the right to debit an amount equivalent to the value (retail price) of the redeemed Gift from the relevant Credit Card account without prior notice.
7.	The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers. The required spending and Bonus Point used for entitling the Promotion cannot be used for other offers.
8.	Gifts are available on first-come-first served basis whilst stock lasts.
9.	Pictures of the Gifts are for reference only. Shall there be any discrepancy between the pictures and the actual Gifts, the latter shall prevail, while the discrepancy does not affect value of the Gifts.
10.	Redeemed Gifts cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded.
11.	The Bank is not the supplier and will not be responsible for the service and quality of items provided by the supplier. Cardholders should resolve such issue directly with the supplier.
12.	Cardholders should maintain valid BCM Credit Card with good financial status in order to entitle to the Promotion.
13.	In case of dispute, the Bank and the supplier reserve the right for the final decision.
14.	This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
15.	The Bank reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
16.	If there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
