1. |
The “BCM 50th Anniversary: Payroll Package Special Offer Lucky Draw” (“The Promotion”) is organized by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“The Bank”) during the period of 25 September 2024 until 30 November 2024 (with both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). |
2. |
The Promotion is only applicable to customers who fulfil all of the following criteria(Eligible Customer): |
2.1 |
Active and currently employed customers who are using the Bank’s payroll service; |
2.2 |
Macau resident; |
2.3 |
Maintain valid payroll status as of 30 November 2024; and |
2.4 |
Recorded at least one eligible payroll posting record (“Eligible Payroll Record”) between 1 November 2024 to 27 December 2024 according to the Bank’s system record. |

Each Eligible Customer can be entitled to a maximum of one Lucky Draw chance. |
4. |
The payroll transaction should be automatically transferred via and recognised as payroll posting record by the Bank’s system in order to be considered as an Eligible Payroll Record. |
5. |
The Lucky Draw of the Promotion will be conducted on 7 January 2025 and total of 100 winners will be drawn, namely: |

6. |
The Lucky Draw result of the Promotion will be announced on the Bank’s Public Website, whilst the winners will be notified by the Bank. |
7. |
Winners of all prizes are required to follow the instructions according to the Bank’s notification and collect the related prize at BCM Main Branch on or before 31 January 2025. Otherwise, the customer’s right to the prize will be deemed forfeited automatically. |
8. |
Winner of the 2nd prize must be an account holder of the Bank’s Star Reward account (“Eligible Account”) or cardholder of BCM UnionPay Dual Currency Diamond Card or UnionPay Dual Currency Platinum Card (“Eligible Card”). If the winner does not have an Eligible Account or Eligible Card, he/she is required to apply for the related product in order to receive the prize. Under normal circumstances, after confirming the relevant account of the winner, the Bank will transfer the prize to the winner’s relevant account on or before 31 January 2025. Otherwise, the transfer will depend on the actual situation. |
9. |
The insured countries and regions and conditions for the 4th prize is restricted by Macau Insurance Company Limited, the redemption period of the prize is on or before 30 April 2025. |
10. |
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items under all circumstances, and will not be reissued if lost, damage or unused after expiry. |
11. |
The colour, features, specifications of the prizes are not available for selection. All pictures of the prize are for reference only. |
12. |
The Bank accepts no liability for the quality of the prizes (products) provided by external suppliers. Any disputes arising from the prize(s) shall be resolved by the winners and the supplier directly. The use of the prize(s) is subject to terms and conditions as determined by the supplier. |
13. |
The Promotion is not applicable to persons under the age of 18, or both BCM or MIC staffs. |
14. |
The Bank reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions or terminate the Lucy Draw at any time without prior notice. |
15. |
This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU. |
16. |
In case of any dispute, the Bank reserves the right to make the final decision. |
17. |
In case of discrepancy in interpretation between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
"Payroll Package Special Offer" Terms and Conditions |
1. |
The Promotion Period of “Payroll Package Welcome Offer (Oct – Dec 2024)” (“The Promotion”) of Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“The Bank”) is from 1 October until 31 December 2024 with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). |
2. |
The Promotion is applicable to BCM Payroll Customer (“Customer”) who opens new BCM Payroll Account Service during the Promotion Period (“Payroll Service”). |
3. |
Payroll Welcome Offer |
3.1 |
Customer who has successfully opened and transferred to the Bank’s payroll account service during the Promotion Period and has the first payroll posting within 2 months from the application date of the payroll account can enjoy the corresponding Welcome Cash Reward (“Cash Reward”): |
3.1.1 |
For Payroll Service with monthly salary of MOP50,000 above, the customer can enjoy MOP1,500 Cash Reward, whilst New VIP customer can enjoy MOP1,800 Cash Reward. |
3.1.2 |
For Payroll Service with monthly salary from MOP20,000 to MOP50,000, the customer can enjoy MOP1,000 Cash Reward, whilst New VIP customer can enjoy MOP1,300 Cash Reward. |
3.1.3 |
For Payroll Service with monthly salary of MOP20,000 below, the customer can enjoy MOP700 Cash Reward, whilst New VIP customer can enjoy MOP1,000 Cash Reward.

3.1.4 |
New VIP customer refers to customer who newly joined VIP banking service with deposited New Fund of MOP/HKD100,000 or above during the Promotion Period.

3.2 |
Customer is required to maintain the payroll transfer service with the Bank for 24 consecutive months upon the application date of Payroll Service in order to be entitled to the Promotion. If the Payroll Service is cancelled before the aforementioned date, the Bank reserves the right to deduct the collected cash rebate of the offer from the relevant account of the customer. |
3.3 |
All Cash Reward will be automatically deposited into customer’s related account.

4. |
Customer should maintain the valid accounts with good financial status in order to be entitled to the above offers. |
5. |
The payroll transaction should be automatically transferred and recognised as payroll posting record by the Bank’s system in order to be considered as an eligible payroll posting record. |
6. |
The Cash Reward will be calculated based on the Customer’s payroll transactions in the first 2 months of his/her payroll account, and use the lower transaction amount of the two months to determine the actual amount of the Case Reward. |
7. |
If there are more than one payroll transactions per month in the Customer’s payroll account, the Bank will identify the amount of the first payroll transaction in that particular month as an eligible payroll posting record for the Promotion. |
8. |
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with the Bank’s other offers. |
9. |
BCM bank reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions or terminate the above offers at any time without prior notice. |
10. |
This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU. |
11. |
In case of dispute, BCM bank reserves the right for the final decision. |
12. |
