The Promotion Period of the "Chinese New Year Savings Offers" (“Promotion”) by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) is from 6 Jan to 28 Feb 2025 with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). |

Deposit Gift Offer |
| |
2.1 |
Existing or new customer who deposited New Fund of designated amount (“New Fund”) into BCM Current or Savings Account during the Promotion Period and hold in the Account for 4 consecutive months (“Deposit Period”) can be entitled to the corresponding gift (“Deposit Gift”): |

2.1.1 |
For New Fund Deposit of MOP/HKD30,000, customer can be entitled to a Daewoo multifunctional Cooker S29, |

2.1.2 |
For New Fund Deposit of MOP/HKD40,000, customer can be entitled to a Yohome Dual Placement 4D Shaking Head Smart Space Heater. |

2.2 |
Each New Fund can only be entitled to ONE Deposit Gift disregards the number of Account(s) registered for the Promotion. |

2.3 |
Joint Account can only entitle to one Deposit Gift. |
| |
2.4 |
BCM is not the Deposit Gifts supplier and will not be responsible for the quality and any matters in relation to the gifts. Customers should resolve such issues directly with the supplier. |

2.5 |
Deposit Gifts are offered on first-come-first-served bases with limited supply. In case of stock out, BCM has full discretion, at anytime without prior notice, to change to any other item(s) of same value being offered or terminate the offers. |

2.6 |
Shall the customer withdraw part or all of the New Fund before the maturity of the Deposit Period, the Deposit Offer entitlement will be forfeited, or an administrative fee of MOP600 will be automatically debited from customer’s any account with BCM in case the Deposit Gift has been collected. |
| 3. |
Minor Account Welcome Offer |

3.1 |
Brand new customers who successfully open Minor Account and deposit of MOP/HKD5,000 or above to the account can be entitled to MOP100 cash rebate (“Cash Rebate”). |

3.2 |
Each customer can enjoy the Cash Rebate once only, regardless the number of accounts opened. |
| |
3.3 |
The Cash Rebate is only applicable to the first 200 customers who opened the Minor Account during the Promotion Period.< |

3.4 |
Joint account is not applicable to the Minor Account Welcome Offer. |
| |
3.5 |
Shall the customer request to cancel the Minor account less than 6 months, the qualification to all Cash Reward(s) will be forfeited, whilst the collected Cash Reward(s) will be deducted from the relevant account. |

3.6 |
The related Cash Reward will be automatically deposited to customers’ relevant account after the Promotion ends. |
| 4. |
Special Savings Plan Offer |

4.1 |
Customer who has applied designated Special Savings Plans can be eligible for an extra interest rate 0.3% p.a.. |

4.2 |
Designated Special Savings Plans refer to “Ideal Savings Plan”, “Doraemon Deposit Reward Program”, Hello Kitty Special Savings Plan” and “Multi-Currency Savings Plan”. |

4.3 |
The offer is not applicable to RMB Account. |
| 5. |
Customers should maintain a valid BCM account and with good financial status in order to entitle to the Promotion. |

In case of any dispute, BCM reserves the right to make the final decision. |

This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU. |

BCM reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions or terminate the above offers at any time without prior notice. |

In case of discrepancy in interpretation between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
