E-Statement Reward for Selected Customers

Terms & Conditions

1.	The Promotion Period of the "E-Statement Reward for Selected Customers" (“Promotion”) by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“the Bank”) is from 3 February 2025 to 31 March 2025 with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2.	The Promotion is only applicable to 2 designed types of Selected Customers who will receive designated SMS notification send by the Bank regarding the corresponding Promotion offer (“Selected Customers”):
	2.1.	Type 1: Existing customers of the Bank who have never applied BCM Net e-Banking for the past 12 months as of 3 February 2025.
	2.2.	Type 2: Existing customers of the Bank whose BCM Net e-Banking Service user status has been frozen / deactivated on or before 3 February 2025.
3.	E-Statement Reward for Selected Customers
	The first 2,000 Selected Customers who have registered the suppression of paper statement for all statement account(s) and credit card(s) through BCM Net e-Banking / Mobile Banking Service or any BCM branch during the Promotion Period, can be entitled for the corresponding Cash Reward (“Cash Reward”):
	3.1.	Selected Customers who newly apply for BCM Net e-Banking and registered the suppression of paper statement for all statement account(s) and credit card(s) will be entitled to MOP100 Cash Reward.
	3.2	Selected Customers who reapply the login password of BCM Net e-Banking and registered the suppression of paper statement for all statement account(s) and Credit Card(s) will be entitled to MOP50 Cash Reward.
4.	Under any circumstances, the Selected Customers must maintain the setting of suppression of paper statement for all statement account(s) and credit card(s) for at least six months. Otherwise, the Bank reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount of the cash rebate from the customer’s relevant account(s) without further notice.
5.	Regardless of the number / type of physical monthly statements registered for the suppression, each customer can only enjoy this Promotion once.
6.	The Cash Reward will be automatically deposited to the Customer’s related account after the Promotion ends.
7.	The offers of the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with the Bank’s other offers.
8.	Customers should maintain a valid BCM account and with good financial status in order to entitle to the Promotion.
9.	In case of any dispute, the Bank reserves the right to make the final decision.
10.	This service / product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
11.	The Bank reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions or terminate the above offers at any time without prior notice.
12.	In case of discrepancy in interpretation between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Otherwise, the Bank reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount of the cash rebate from the customer’s relevant account(s) without further notice.
5.	Regardless of the number / type of physical monthly statements registered for the suppression, each customer can only enjoy this Promotion once.
6.	The Cash Reward will be automatically deposited to the Customer’s related account after the Promotion ends.
7.	The offers of the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with the Bank’s other offers.
8.	Customers should maintain a valid BCM account and with good financial status in order to entitle to the Promotion.
9.	In case of any dispute, the Bank reserves the right to make the final decision.
10.	This service / product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
11.	The Bank reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions or terminate the above offers at any time without prior notice.
12.	In case of discrepancy in interpretation between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
