The Promotion Period of “BCM X YOHO Treasure Island Resorts World Hotel Jubilant Vibe Privileges” (“Promotion”) is from 1 April to 31 May 2025, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period). The Spending Period of the Promotion is from 1 April to 30 April 2025 (“Spending Period”); Redemption Period is from 7 April to 16 May 2025 (“Redemption Period”), with both dates inclusive. |

The Promotion is applicable to Credit Cards and Co-branded Credit Cards (including Principal Cards and Supplementary Card issued by Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) ) (“Eligible Credit Card”). |

Offer 1 - Exclusive Privileges: |

3.1 During the Promotion Period, customers can enjoy exclusive Discount Offers (“Discount Offers”) upon spending with Eligible Credit Card at the designated Merchants (“Merchants”) of YOHO Treasure Island Resorts World Hotel (“YOHO Treasure Island”). |

3.1.1 The Discount Offers are not applicable on blackout dates designated by the designated Merchants of YOHO Treasure Island. Please enquire the relevant Merchants if in doubt, whilst the related matter will be subjected to the arrangement of the Merchants. |

3.1.2 Advance dining reservations are required. |
|
3.1.3 The Discount Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. |
|
3.2 During the Promotion Period, customers can enjoy Birthday Privileges (“Birthday Privileges”) upon spending with BCM UnionPay Dual Currency Diamond Card, World Mastercard and Visa Signature Credit Cards at the designated Merchants of YOHO Treasure Island. |

3.2.1 The relevant identification document is required to presented to enjoy the Birthday Privileges. |
|
3.2.2 Availability of the Birthday Privileges is subject to the product or service availability of the designated Merchants. |
4. |
Offer 2 – Gift Redemption Offer: |
|
4.1 During the Spending Period, customers who accumulate designated Local Retail Spending Amount (“Accumulated Spending Amount”) plus Special Price (“Special Price”) or accumulate designated Local Retail Spending Amount can redeem the designated gift (“Gift”) respectively (with all amount stated as MOP/HKD): |

4.1.1 Method 1 - By Accumulated Spending + Special Price:Accumulated Spending Amount of $1,500, $2,500, $3,500, $5,500, $9,500, $2,500 or $16,500 plus $18, $18, $18, $18, $68, $18 or $188 can redeem the Gift of A, B, C, D, E, F and G respectively. |

4.1.2 Method 2 - By Accumulated Spending:Accumulated Spending Amount of $2,500, $3,500, $4,500, $6,500, $13,500, $3,500 or $25,000 can redeem the Gift of A, B, C, D, E, F and G respectively. |
|
4.1.3 Only local retail transactions with sales slip made within the Spending Period are eligible for this Promotion. The following transaction items are excluded: all non-retail transactions, including (but without limitation) any credit card installment program, Macau Pass and MPay related top-up transaction and installment transaction, casino chips, gambling nature transactions, balance transfer, autopay, cash advance, credit card annual fee, charges, handling fee, interest or financial charges, mail orders, telephone purchase orders, cheque payment, late fee, unposted/cancelled/refunded and unauthorized transactions plus any other transaction defined by BCM from time to time. |

4.1.4 Each spending transaction must be MOP/HKD300 or above in order to be eligible for the spending accumulation. |
|
4.1.5 Spending on the Principal Card and Supplementary Card will be individually calculated. |
|
4.1.6 In the case of Cardholders spending multiple times at the same merchant within the same day, only one sales slip from the merchant will be valid for redemption. |
|
4.1.7 The Special Price in association with the gift redemption will be deducted from the relevant Credit Card account after the Promotion Period. |
|
4.2 Cardholders are required to present the original sales slip(s) (if applicable) and the corresponding BCM Credit Cards for redemption application at BCM Building 4/F (Credit Card Gift Redemption Centre) within the Redemption Period. Redemption letter(s) for the chosen Gift(s) will be issued for collection at the designated Merchants as instructed on the redemption letter. |

4.2.1 Each sales slip is limited to entitle one Gift and every Credit Card is limited to entitle five Gifts, disregarding the transaction amount. |
|
4.2.2 All presented sales slips for the Promotion are deemed acknowledged and agreed by the Cardholders for the redemption and will not be returned. No photocopies will be accepted. |
|
4.2.3 Gifts are available on first-come-first-served basis whilst stock lasts. |
|
4.2.4 Report loss of the redemption letter(s) will not be accepted. BCM is not obliged to re-issue the redemption letter. |
|
4.2.5 If the Credit Card or any related transaction is found cancelled or ineligible, which had been calculated for the Promotion after the Gifts have been collected, and resulted in failing to meet the spending requirement or deduct the relevant Special Price, BCM has the right to debit the relevant amount equivalent to the value of the redeemed Gift(s) from relevant Credit Card account without prior notice. |

4.2.6 Cardholders must collect the Gift(s) in accordance to the valid date and venue stated on the redemption letter, late collection will not be accepted. |
|
4.2.7 Pictures of the Gifts are for reference only. Shall there be any discrepancy between the pictures and the actual Gifts, the latter shall prevail, while the discrepancy does not affect value of the Gifts. |
|
4.2.8 The Gift Redemption Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers. The required spending used for entitling the Gift Redemption Offer cannot be used for other offers, whilst this Promotion shall prevail. |
5. |
Cardholders should maintain valid BCM Credit Card(s) with good financial status in order to entitle to the Promotion. |
6. |
BCM is not the supplier of the products/services and will not be responsible for the quality of the products/services by the suppliers. |
7. |
In case of dispute, BCM and YOHO Treasure Island Resorts World Hotel reserve the right for the final decision. |
8. |
This service/ product is not targeted at customers in the EU. |
9. |
BCM reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. |
10. |
If there are any inconsistencies between the English version and Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
