Terms and Conditions 

1. BCM Payroll Customers (“Eligible Customers”) have to successfully apply for Visa Signature Credit Card, World Mastercard, UnionPay Dual Currency Diamond Card or other Platinum Credit Card (“Eligible Credit Card”) of Banco Comercial de Macau, S.A. (“BCM”) between 1 April 2025 and 31 December 2025, with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”) in order to enjoy the Welcome Offer.
2. Welcome offer is applicable to BRAND NEW BCM Credit Cardholders only. The offer do not apply to any existing BCM Credit Cardholders OR customers who possessed any BCM Credit Card or Co-branded Credit Card during the past 12 months before the Credit Card application date.
3. Eligible Customers who successfully applied for Eligible Credit Card for the first time and make purchase of at least MOP/HKD6,800 (including cash advance) within the first two months of card issuance, can be entitled to MOP/HKD400 cash rebate (“Welcome Offer”).
4. Valid transactions exclude MacauPass top-up, MPay top-up, autopay transactions, total installment amount of interest-free installment program, total installment amount of cash-in plan and “Easy-Fun” installment plan, financial charges, fees and other unauthorized transactions.
5. The accumulation of transactions will be based on transaction date and calculated individually by each Credit Card.
6. Each Credit Cardholder can enjoy the Welcome Offer only for ONE time disregards the number of BCM Credit Card he/she possesses/applied.
7. In case any Cardholder redeems more than the allowed quantity of gifts, BCM will debit MOP/HKD400 from the relevant card account for each extra gift redeemed.
8. Cardholder who has been rewarded the Welcome Offer and terminates the BCM Credit Card within 12 months from card issuance, is subject to a handling charge of MOP/HKD400 to be debited from the Cardholder’s account.
9. Transaction eligibility shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of BCM according to the merchant codes issued by Visa International/ Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited/ UnionPay International.
10. Welcome Offer is only available to cardholders, whose new card accounts are determined in the sole discretion of BCM to be in good standing, remain valid and not in default during the spending period and when the rewards are issued. BCM will have the sole discretion in determining a cardholder’s entitlement to the Welcome Offer, and reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from enjoying these Welcome Offer for any reason.
11. This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
12. BCM reserves the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
13. If this English version of the terms and conditions does not conform to the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
