Credit Card - Hello Kitty Credit Card Acquiring Program

Terms and conditions:

1.	The Promotion Period of “Hello Kitty Credit Card Acquiring Program” (“Promotion”) is from 22 April to 31 August 2025 with both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2.	e-Application Approval Offer
	2.1 Customers who successfully applied for Hello Kitty Credit Card through e-application service during the Promotion Period and make at least one valid transaction (including cash advance) within the first month of card issuance can enjoy e-application approval offer – Hello Kitty Phone Strap (“e-Application Approval Offer”).
3.	Welcome Offer
	3.1 Customers who successfully applied for Hello Kitty Credit Card during the Promotion Period and accumulate Credit Card spending of MOP/HKD4,500 within first 3 months upon card issuance can enjoy the welcome offer - Limited Edition Hello Kitty Mini Steamer (“Welcome Offer”).
4.	e-Application Approval Offer and Welcome offer are applicable to BRAND NEW BCM Credit Cardholders only. These offers do not apply to any existing BCM Credit Cardholders OR customers who possessed any BCM Credit Card or Co-branded Credit Card during the past 12 months before the Credit Card application date.
5.	Valid transactions exclude MacauPass top-up, MPay top-up, autopay transactions, total installment amount of interest-free installment program, total installment amount of cash-in plan and “Easy-Fun” installment plan, financial charges, fees and other unauthorized transactions.
6.	Each Credit Cardholder can enjoy the e-Application Approval Offer and Welcome Offer only for ONE time each disregards the number of BCM Credit Card he/she possesses/applied.
7.	Cardholder who has been rewarded the e-Application Approval Offer and Welcome Offer and terminates the BCM Credit Card within 12 months from card issuance, the handling charges of MOP100 and MOP400 will be debited from the Cardholder’s account respectively.
8.	Transaction eligibility shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of BCM according to the merchant codes issued by Visa International/ Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited/ UnionPay International.
9.	The accumulation of transactions will be based on transaction date and calculated individually by each Credit Card.
10.	e-Application Approval Offer and Welcome Offers are only available to cardholders, whose new card accounts are determined in the sole discretion of BCM to be in good standing, remain valid and not in default during the spending period and when the rewards are issued. BCM shall has the sole discretion in determining a cardholder’s entitlement to the Offers, and reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from enjoying these Offers for any reason.
11.	Deposit Gift Offer
	11.1 New or existing Hello Kitty Credit Cardholders who deposited New Fund of MOP/HKD8,000 or MOP/HKD15,000 in to the Hello Kitty Integrated Account during the Promotion Period and maintain the fund in the account for 3 consecutive months, can be entitled to the Hello Kitty Tote Bag or Hello Kitty Waffle Maker (“Deposit Gift”) respectively.
	11.2 Each deposited New Fund can only be entitled to ONE Deposit Gift during the Promotion Period.
	11.3 Shall the customer withdraw part or all of the New Fund before the maturity of the Deposit Period, the Deposit Gift Offer entitlement will be forfeited, or an administrative fee of MOP600 for each deposited New Fund will be automatically debited from customer’s any account with BCM in case the Deposit Gift has been collected.
12.	BCM is not the Gifts supplier and will not be responsible for the quality and any matters in relation to the gifts. Customers should resolve such issues directly with the supplier.
13.	The Gifts are offered on first-come-first-served bases with limited supply. In case of stock out, BCM has full discretion, at anytime without prior notice, to change to any other item(s) of same value being offered or terminate the offers.
14.	The offers of the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with BCM’s other offers.
15.	This service/product is not targeted at customers in the EU.
16.	BCM reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions or terminate the above offers at any time without prior notice.
17.	In case of discrepancy in interpretation between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
